Apple purchases
For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple reviews those requests under its policies.
Cancellation and refunds
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals once confirmed. It does not by itself confirm a refund for an earlier payment.
